Finalize artwork and view estimate provided.
Once cost and artwork are approved, you will see an email with a separated film proof to comment on or approve.
Turnaround time is 2 weeks unless it is a rush. If it’s a rush, we estimate pricing based on how much of a hurry you are in.
Press checks are fun but not necessary unless it is a complex job, client or you just want to see some Heidelbergs in action.
We are happy to shoot photos & video and send if requested.
PAYMENT IS 50% DEPOSIT UPFRONT, BALANCE DUE ONCE THE JOB HAS SHIPPED.

How do I start a project with Full Circle Press?
Please send files, even if rough, with specs in the email regarding quantities, what kind of paper you have in mind and any other details about your project. A preliminary PDF helps us with estimating costs for printing and gets our heads wrapped around your job.
What kinds of things do you print?
We are primarily letterpress and foil printers but often manage digital & litho / letterpress combination jobs.
Things like personal and or corporate business cards, collateral, invitations, broadsides, holiday cards, coasters, menus and we have been known to print on rolling papers (when Willie Nelson came to town) and an occasional napkin.
What is the turnaround time?
From the time you send final files, we typically take around 2 weeks to deliver. If you are foiling, edging, die-cutting or doing lots of fancy things, it could take longer.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. We do design in-house for letterpress friendly projects.
How should I send my files?
When sending final artwork, please attach live illustrator files with fonts along with hi-res PDF’s. Outlined fonts are only OK if the client accepts responsibility for possible typos since we cannot spell check or manipulate files, if necessary, when outlined.
From there, you will see online film proofs, with separated color, for final approval, before we go to film and print.
How should I spec my color/s?
We print from Pantone colors, aka, PMS / Pantone Matching System.
Or, if you have a swatch of the color you like, send it to us and we can color match.
Can I rush my order?
Anything under 2 weeks is a 50% to 100% rush fee, depending on the request. We need to rearrange our job board and bounce jobs with very tight turnaround times.
Do you print masters for future imprints?
Yes, this is the best cost-saving scenario if you are a growing or large business that may need to add information or employees, without having to back on press with the entire job with each addition.
Do you do assembly?
Yes, there is an extra charge that we will estimate upfront. Finish work might include duplexing, liner assembly, collating, stuffing envelopes, belly band taping and some bindery.
Do you have calligraphers you use?
Yes, depending on the style you are after, we can do simple handwriting here or recommend the appropriate calligrapher.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit upfront to schedule and the balance due upon receipt once delivered.
